I guess I'm gonna keep reposting threads until the GMs respond or someone else provides a solution.

I have 100 corps right now, and they are very profitable. I use super booster on all my corps to upgrade them quickly. I also have a 100% profit transfer rate.

I calculated the cash and debt profits of all my corps and added them together, they amounted to 55.8 billion monthly profit.

But, on the financial statement, I get about only 22 billion of that 55 which means I'm missing another 33 billion.

If anyone could find out how I can get back the missing monthly revenue, that would also be great.

I did not see this before but now I do.

This is a closed system.
money earned by the sale of products is spent by the corporation.
Corporations spend on raw materials, pay their workers, have other costs you can see, and the difference is a profit.

They also purchase quality and efficiency products that do not show on the monthly cost report. This happens once in 7 or 8 game months if auto upgrading is on.

Some of the profit is paid as tax to the owner (country or enterprise, or shareholders), and part as a contribution, in your case 100%.
The remaining money, positive or negative, is added to the corporation cash.

Corporations purchase raw materials once in a while.
They turn cash into products. Then there are months when they do not purchase raw materials, and the value of the raw materials they stocked up will decline because they use them in the production process.
The cost of raw materials you see on the monthly report, is the value of raw materials used.
The real cost could be between zero and twenty times the amount you see, due to large purchases of raw materials.

The computation is quite complex but as I said, it is a closed system.
Nothing leaks out and nothing comes out of outer space.

The numbers will not add up in a single month if only because of the raw materials purchases and use.

In a period of 20 or even better, 100 game months, the numbers must add up.

One more question Andy, I upgrade every single one of my corps with the Super Booster. But I notice the company loses its effectivity and drops down to occasionally 180 or 190, around those ranges. Why is that?

Also, there's something wrong that's happening in the early morning/ late night at central time in the US.

I'm stuck at the end of the month from 2 AM central time all the way til 4:30 in the morning. This has been happening every night at those time intervals. I will document it further in the future with screenshots to show it.

Is there a reason for this?

It's always been this way. These are the month times EST time. 5:30-9:30am, 9:30-12:30pm, 12:30-3:30pm, 3:30-7:30pm 7:30-11:30pm, 11:30-5:30am. In simple words. 6hr 4hr 3hr 3hr 4hr 4hr. Golden Rainbow has a slight delay. I pay high attention to this.

Is there a reason for this? Server maintenance? I ask because sometimes I come home from work hoping to do a quick couple of decisions for next month but then inevitably staying up awake thinking its going to change any minute.

First the upgrade level of corporations.
Both efficiency level and quality level wear out in time.
Once in 8 or 9 game months, by one point. This is how it works for many years.

You need to set automatic upgrading on and it will make sure that when the level comes down, it will be fixed the next month.

as to the date, I will explain:

There is a procedure that moves the date by one day 6 times each hour.
on the hour, 9 after the hour, 18, 27,36,45 and 54.
A month with 30 days will take about 5 hours.

Then we have the month procedure, that processes all countries and corporations, 6 months per real day.
These start at 5:20AM, 9:20AM, 12:20PM, 3:20PM, 7:20PM and 11:20PM. (EST)
The procedure moves the date to the first of the next month.
In 5 of the 6 cases, the time difference is less than 5 hours so we never get to the last day of the month.
In one case, between 11:20PM and 5:20AM there are 6 hours.
In that case, the date gets to the 31st of the month and stays there for an hour.

The reason for that is that the once a day 6 hours gap gives us the possibility to intervene if needed. Maintenance, extended checks on the systems, major backups etc.

Especially the time between 3AM and 5AM is good for that as it is the least active time on the servers. Most players are asleep.
When we upgrade Simcountry, that too is done between 3AM and 5AM EST.

TIL!

I have a million more questions to ask you while I'm continuing on and playing this game. But could you take a look at my country United Liberty and let me know if there's any way I can decrease my costs?

I see that my country is buying road maintenance, traintracks maintenance and water maintenance at 220 quality. Do I need that or could I get it at 120 quality with no real effect other than saving costs?

If so, how do I change the quality I buy it at?

There is no need to purchase these products at Q220.
It does little to your welfare index.
Nearly all products do have an influence on the welfare index. (the average of the purchased quality).

check your index page and look for extremes. Like university index much higher than your school index (does not help, only costs a lot), also government salaries. These have a direct influence on the cost of education, health, the army and gov. cost.

If you found nothing, let us know. we will look into the country.
