Recently conquered a c3 country. 42 space centers in country after successful takeover. This affects total assets which affects bankruptcy rules. Which affects debt transfer. Unsure at this time of any associated costs to running a space center. If there are any, this also affects the country in question. Having a single space center in the country allows several billion more in assets to be purchased before shipping it out of the country prior to bankruptcy freeze kicking in. Which has the potential to affect every single product on the world market (although in practice is probably limited to big ticket weapon systems/ammo for stockpling etc.).

Suggest a relook at the process and exactly what it strips from a previously owned country prior to it's being released back into play.

We never thought of that. there is no reason for so many and they cost a lot to maintain.
