Game Bug.

Hello. I seem to have a game bug with population trade with gamemaster for 6 gold coins. I have made purchases before and just made one the other day without issue. I purchased gold coins as I was 1 gold coin short for a population gamemaster trade. There was no problem with the coin purchase or the population bid. However, today, I tried to place a gamemaster population bid and I keep getting an error message that I am not allowed to make a gamemaster population purchase. This has to be some kind of game bug, as I have not had any issues before. My Country name is "The Grand Republic of Somethin" on the WG world. Can you please look into it as to the problem with bidding on gamemaster population. Thank you.

Problem is still not fixed. I have never seen such disregard for players by the admin. I have been playing this game for a very long time and have never seen this lack of concern by the admin to player issues. You got my money and it appears that is the only issue that matters. Shameful.

Hello Gamemaster. It is now 11 June 2017. My original request to you was 3 November 2016. I have emailed you via the email link many times, no response. I have posted here (see above) several times. Yet, the problem still exists and has NOT been corrected nor even communicated with me. Are you all still in "vacation handover" mode. You gladly take our money, but ask a simple question, and you are no where to be found. Shall I notify the credit card to take back your fees as fraud? please advise. Yes, I am upset. Thank you.

Not defending the GM, but as someone who works in finance telling your bank they committed fraud and disputing the charges after you spent months playing a game is a crime.

Plus you cant dispute charges more then 120 days without an investigation. In the US if your bank where to find out that you did what you are proposing, well that's a misdemeanor crime with a plenty of $1000.

I understand your upset, but you should really be careful what you say online.
If your really pissed speak with your wallet, no ones forcing you to buy a new membership or if you not happy with the service they have provided, close your account and leave.

Such a shame that after 10 months since asking for help to a problem with the game, the individuals who are responsible for the game, still have NOT responded.

Players, just be aware that while many enjoy the game, and I do too, that such disregard for the games customers who support the game is a tragedy. I have noticed the same problem of no response on many areas of this forum.
