Unable to ise chat

Whenever I try to use chat I get the error message "Authentication Failed". I have made sure the righter user/pass combo go in. Tried chrome and IE as well as the android app.

Any ideas on the issue or what I am doing wrong?

I wouldn't worry about it, even if you find anyone in there it's doubtful they'll talk.
