I just took over a country overseas and now some of my airforce are stuck in that country because it need Aircraft Fuel and Military Supplies.
The war was ended Feb 3813 and we now have Jun 3813.
Available before today was 14 Air Transport Units and 20 Mobile Supply Units, now from today 8 Air Transport Units and 10 Mobile Supply Units are available for that job...
Now trying sending 4 supply units manually...

I have 10 units stuck in my own (and new) country (District 8 Little Upsilon) which I cant get home again for some weird reason, cant dismantle or do anything. They just sit there and suck my bankaccount dry..!! And now 22 Air Transport Units simply just sit there doing nothing..?
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 11:32 am
Name of country and world. Open all secrecies.
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 11:35 am
And the airbase (depot) they were in, was dismantled, see tat worked fine, so now the planes just sit there on the ground or..??? I hoped yesterday, if I dismantled the depot, the automatic supply system would empty it first, but no...
So, the result is, that I have 10 Mobile Attack Wings for no good. Why is it a soooo big problem to re-supply those damn units??
Airlifting 10 Units
MOBILE AW_001, MOBILE AW_002, MOBILE AW_006, MOBILE AW_007, MOBILE AW_003, MOBILE AW_004, MOBILE AW_005, MOBILE AW_008, MOBILE AW_009 and MOBILE AW_010 cannot be airlifted because they are short of supplies.
You can airlift this unit when the supplies have arrived.

District 8 on the Eridana Continent in Little Upsilon
My main country is "Always Ready" on the Virgina Bella Continent in Little Upsilon...
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 12:22 pm
It just got much worser..:
Sep 19 3813 Note: there is no Military Base or Remote Depot in the neighborhood of MOBILE AW_001 to load weapons, gasoline and supplies.
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 03:09 pm
Lol, buy a military base for district 8
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 04:49 pm
Was this a screenplay seizeforce?
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 09:38 pm
Well, everything was okay, all units came home, except for the 10 mobile untis. After nearly a gameyear after the war, I tried some different solutions, that is why you may have seen some weird dvelopment. The military base was there the whole time, but I deleted the off military airport and bought a new one and created a depot. But still, 22 air transport units just sit there doing nothing, maybe tomorrow..?
And yes honey, it was a screenplay, only for you
Thursday, December 29, 2016 - 11:11 pm
Could be mutiny.
Maybe someone offered them more money?

Replenish MOBILE AW_010 with Ground Supply Units?
Use Supply Droppings to replenish MOBILE AW_010?
Lets try plan B...
Friday, December 30, 2016 - 11:49 am
Yeah I am pretty sure that will likely solve the problem.
Monday, January 30, 2017 - 03:13 pm
Concern I have 15 Air wings stranded not being supplied.
I have 3 Depots and 6 airlifted supply units in the country where they are. I also have 40 supply units in my home country. It has been about 4 real days and nothing. Any ideas.
Wednesday, February 1, 2017 - 11:57 am
We need to look into it urgently.
Can you please confirm that all needed supplies, fuel transport aircraft etc. are available.
If so, please specify, here or in a mail to the gamemaster, the name of the country/world and one or two of the units stranded.
Wednesday, February 1, 2017 - 05:18 pm
yes all have been in place for quite some time also the navy and landing forces are not being resupplied.
Main country is Pattonville most of units are located in MNA2
Thursday, February 2, 2017 - 02:44 pm
We found a bug.
Complex and rare but a real one and very old. I am sorry it happened.
Both the units and the depot are out of supplies and the algorithm that is responsible to send an air transport unit, after trying so many times, gave up on it.
The bug is very easy to fix.
We will fix it in the coming hour or two (before 11:00 am EST) and check tomorrow morning to see if the units are unstuck.
Thursday, February 2, 2017 - 03:14 pm
Ty it was very frustrating. Also did this effect the navy as well.
Thursday, February 2, 2017 - 03:58 pm
It was frustrating indeed.
In the mean time, we have seen that the air transport units are doing their job and the depot is supplied.
we will keep following it.
Friday, February 3, 2017 - 10:17 am
We checked the logs again. The wings are being replenished from the depots now. The shortages were quite large so it will take a couple of months until all shortages are gone.
Saturday, February 4, 2017 - 02:15 am
I am finding that auto-orders are not working properly for aircraft fuel and military supplies for many of my countries. Please check the country Camp Victory on LU and its effect on its deployed units which are out of these products. thanks!
Saturday, February 4, 2017 - 04:12 am
Auto orders aren't being met in many countries of mine right now. They are placed but even at best price rarely filled.
Sunday, February 5, 2017 - 08:11 am
Air wings still not resupplied I would like this fixed.
Monday, February 6, 2017 - 11:19 am
The supplies are definitely flowing. Your depots have a supply target set of 1000 tons of gasoline. If you raise the supply target the deficit will be filled more quickly and your units will be able to move again.
As it stands, it'll take another 11 hours (real time) for your units to be fully resupplied and ready to go.
Monday, February 6, 2017 - 11:55 am
Ty I will raise the levels.
Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - 03:01 am
I raised the depot levels most are not yet fully supplied some show supplied but still will not air lift.
Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - 06:19 am
Game still does recognize that my auto-orders are active, and very generous, for aircraft fuel and military supplies. Best example is as follows.
Country: CC2 on LU
Monthly use of aircraft fuel: 12,597 tons
Current stock of aircraft fuel: 0 tons
Defense Helicopter Wing "Adams" stock of aircraft fuel: -15,000 tons
Order Strategy low-water mark for aircraft fuel: 24 months
Order Strategy order quantity for aircraft fuel: 24 months
Current Spending Space for CC2: 568.16B
Current amount of aircraft fuel on order: 12,644 tons
So, my expectation is that once my stock falls below 24 months of use, 24 * 12,597= 302,328 tons, that my country will order another 24 months of stock, or another 302,328 tons. I intentionally was liberal with these settings, accepting that I would invest in having a large stock and an order would be placed well in advance of my stock of aircraft fuel running dry. Instead, I am clearly below that level of stock and an order for barely one month of stock was placed.
This problem has been occurring for awhile, and requires tedious amounts of micromanagement to correct, especially for the 9 countries I have just on LU facing this issue. Please look into and correct this issue with auto-orders for these products. thank you!
Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - 08:03 pm
On LU it's not just aircraft fuel and military supplies.
The auto ordering doesn't seem to kick in until a country runs out of a consumable.
I noticed it showing it's ugly head right after Jonni "fixed his bug"
Wednesday, February 8, 2017 - 08:38 pm
I gave the two most obvious examples I have encountered and a clear example. It does not surprise me that other products are affected. Hopefully, a review of my example will reveal the problem for all products.
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 04:07 am
LOL the automatic ordering system is so porked I just built a new corp with absolutely zero initial supplies.
Unless that was intended with space corps (even the traded world items)
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 10:09 am
I've asked an engineer to look into both the aircraft fuel supply problem and the space corp being born without initial supply.
We'll post when we have news.
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 10:12 am
The supply of remote stationed units that did not receive supplies was indeed fixed and is unrelated to any of the issues you raised here.
The problem with the units was caused by an error that prevented air supply units from bringing supplies to the remote depot.
if there is indeed a problem with supplies, it must be something in the ordering of products. Hard to believe as it is used millions times every day for years, but maybe.
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 10:36 am
Jonni it's not just aircraft fuel.
Countries order at "best price" with a target of whatever quality you choose.
Best price contracts seem to take 2 months or I should say they are filled at the start of second month after ordering.
If I have a min target of 12 months and a order target of 12 months when I get down to 12 months supplies it should order 12 months of supplies.
It does not appear to be doing this many times it waits until I'm down to 1 month before ordering meaning there is no way the order could possibly be met in time before the country goes into a severe shortage.
I've got ammunition stocks that have never ordered automatically (most noted defensive ammo)
At first I thought this was a change in market conditions causing shortages. The countries are simply not ordering when min triggers are hit. When they do it's not always for the set amount.
Yes this system has worked well for years and showed up right after the "bug" was fixed. Related or not that's when it began to occur.
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 01:41 pm
My Air units are showing positive supply levels and still will not let me airlift them. Can this be checked again as to why.
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 03:40 pm
@jeff A unit requires 2 months worth of supplies before it can be airlifted. A couple of your units are already sufficiently supplied that they can be airlifted. The others are still being topped up.
Thursday, February 9, 2017 - 04:19 pm
All this takes far too long.
we have also looked at the orders of aircraft fuel.
when the country has a shortage, the supply procedure changes priorities and tries to quickly cover for the shortage. It places a smaller order for 2 months supplies to cover the shortage. In your case, the shortage persisted because everything was transported to the remote depot.
This is probably another reason why supplying these units takes so long.
There is a shortage of aircraft fuel on the market and orders are not delivered.
we are changing the procedure:
if there is a shortage, an immediate order for 8 months supply will be placed and it will be delivered immediately.
once this is done, there is no shortage, and the supply procedure will kick in and try to get whatever you have set on the supplies page.
We think that the air units should have been supplied much faster.
The solution is:
1. Larger (8 month supplies) immediate orders if there is a shortage in the country.
2. Very large supply levels in the remote depot. Larger than you have set.
3. Enough air supply units and supply units on the ground.
The entire procedure could have been done in a couple of hours if the country/world market had full supply of aircraft fuel. and maybe a day or two, if many immediate orders were needed to get the aircraft fuel delivered.
You could have made it much faster with a single, very large immediate order for aircraft fuel.
we are patching the supply procedure right now.
Friday, February 10, 2017 - 10:54 am
Next bottleneck: The capacity of the air supply units.
We see that supplies keep coming but not fast enough.
we will increase the capacity of air supply units with the next update of the game, coming Monday.
The change will not require any action by the player, no need for more air supply units or cargo airplanes per unit.
Friday, February 10, 2017 - 11:07 am
Normal corps start with a certain amount of supply to make for smooth start. Space corps do not. To avoid causing damage to the (already small) market for space goods.
We'll check the documentation and update it accordingly.
Saturday, February 11, 2017 - 05:20 pm
aircraft fuel 152,640 ton
military supplies 108,576
this is an AF Bombing Wing with 43 PB and still will not airlift. ??? I have 8 wins that have been stranded for over 2 wks real time.
Sunday, February 12, 2017 - 03:52 am
I don't think it will air lift if it is damaged i.e. you need to bring it back up to it's original weapons
Sunday, February 12, 2017 - 10:12 pm
Yankee is right.
2 weeks is absurd.
I said before that we will increase the capacity of air supply units.
This will take place tomorrow with the planned game update.
There will be game news/Forum/Facebook messages.
Monday, February 13, 2017 - 10:57 am
We looked at the ordering problem of aircraft fuel and have seen that the auto ordering was turned off.
As we discussed on the chat, auto orders do happen if the stock of the material (that has a monthly use), is at a lower level than requested and the auto ordering is on.
Only if the stock becomes negative, immediate orders take place, for lower quantities and the objective is to fix the shortage.
Once the shortage is fixed, the system goes back to normal and will order the requested quantities.
We have tested and found no problem at all in the ordering system.
In the process, last week, we have replaced the shortage covering orders by immediate ones.
It will reduce cases of shortages in general across the game.
Monday, February 13, 2017 - 03:47 pm
Andy, can you check Camp Victory on LU please? That country has an aggressive ordering strategy for both military supplies and aircraft fuel but currently has very little of either product and no orders for it. I have similar problems with many other countries. I assume the toggle for auto-orders you are referring to is "Automatic placing orders for products that your country needs". This is indeed turned on.
Monday, February 13, 2017 - 04:22 pm
we will look into it now.
Tuesday, February 14, 2017 - 08:11 pm
I still have 9 countries with no aircraft fuel, all with significant numbers of aircraft, and 4 with no military supplies, all with significant militaries. This is just on LU and all have auto-ordering enabled with aggressive strategies for those products. I used to fix this issue manually but stopped doing so in recent months. Just want to make a point that this is not a recent development.
Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - 01:03 pm
Please check again as I think that it really works.
The problem in the resupply function is triggered by shortages on the market.
Because of these shortages, supplies in many countries were not delivered on time, and the amount on stock became negative.
Once this happens, the resupply function stops and an emergency supplies function takes its place, trying to resolve the shortage.
It orders small quantities that can be replaced at some point by immediate orders.
once the supply is positive, the regular function is back in business and order the indicated quantities.
We have now made the "emergency ordering function" place immediate orders. These are delivered, always, and the shortages are resolved.
We think that the regular ordering procedure will be called on more quickly and place the large orders.
What it will do to the market remains to be seen and also how long it will take for these resupply orders to be delivered.
Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - 03:44 pm
Checked. Still 9 with no, or negative, aircraft fuel and 4 with no military supplies. Seems to be that you are saying that world shortages are fixed by turning off our ordering strategies. From a player perspective, it appears like this infringes on our control and forces us into tedium if we wish our orders to be filled. It also appears that we are forced to pay a premium for immediate orders as a consequence. Players have a case to demand their immediate order premium money back.
Is there a better way to resolve this? It seems counter-intuitive that a function that players expect to work to make their countries function simply doesn't do to circumstances they don't control. The order strategies page is complex enough that many players likely don't dip their toes into it without realities not functioning do their will on that page. If I say I want 24 months of stock ordered if I have less than 24 months of stock, why can't I have my order placed without having to visit each of my 22 countries on 3 worlds to do it? I can deal with that my orders wont be filled right away. It is more difficult to deal with that my orders are not even placed.
This is akin to being promised that my place in line will be held for me and I check later and this is no longer the case and I have to restart my wait. On the player control side, how can we as players identify world needs, and do anything about it, if the world market does not even reflect need since countries that need stuff are not ordering it?
Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - 08:31 pm
Air wings still not supplied i thought there was a fix made.
Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - 10:30 pm

this is an AF Bombing Wing with 43 PB and still will not airlift. ??? I have 8 wins that have been stranded for over 2 wks real time.
Are these units at 100& or are they still missing weapons lost during attacks?
The unit will not airlift until repaired to 100%
Thursday, February 16, 2017 - 11:45 am
We're investigating the problem and will post again when we have more information
Thursday, February 16, 2017 - 06:48 pm
I can see that air transport is now running in a better way than before.
It is clear that it should run much faster.
I am not sure if it is now good enough.
We are now getting many messages while this is running and are able to identify bottlenecks.
I expect to know more tomorrow and hope that it will be fixed.
All in all, we have seen several problems in complex transports that involve air supply and we have seen some difficulties that are related to sea transport.
Not happy about these problem, and very happy we have a complex case to find out and completely clean up the entire procedure.
In the process, we are reducing the number of truck needed in supply units, across all types.
This will reduce the amount of supplies and gasoline used by the supply units for own use and free more space for the supplies they deliver.
Friday, February 17, 2017 - 12:06 pm
Another fix has been implemented and the supply problems seem to have been fixed.
We'll keep an eye on it for the time being and if you guys find any issues please let us know.
Friday, February 17, 2017 - 12:11 pm
Any update on auto-orders? Not detecting an improvement there yet.
Saturday, February 18, 2017 - 11:05 am
Supplies deliveries are now much faster than before. We see these units fully supplied to the requested levels, the depots too.
I asked on a different trail for exact location. we will look into it but what we see in several places we checked: there were orders issued (if auto ordering was on).
Saturday, February 18, 2017 - 03:46 pm
Only 2 Air units left both overly supplied but will not airlift. Can u please ck.
Tuesday, February 21, 2017 - 01:04 pm
Those units aren't moving yet because they are not fully supplied with ammunition. While we were discussing this at the office to find the cause, we decided that this is a little silly.
We're working on an update to disregard ammunition supplies when moving units.
Tuesday, February 21, 2017 - 05:01 pm
Please read the game news about this, published today.
We have also made the supplies process move faster.
Monday, February 27, 2017 - 10:23 pm
The update will be installed later this week.
It will include a solution for the partially supplied units.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 01:56 am
I have a air wing stuck in a country I conquered I've tried everything from air dropping supplies to transferring aircraft fuel to a remote depot.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 02:00 am
I think my problem might be with the remote depot supply levels. However whenever I try to update the levels it keeps saying I need at least 401 weapons in the depot, even though I am keeping everything at the default 801 weapons. All I am trying to update is the fuel levels but it wont let me.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 10:27 am
Can you please give us full details here or mail it to the game master.
we need the names of the countries (worlds) involved and the location of the remote depot.
We did not receive any error message in these functions for a long time and would like to check.
Quick reaction will be appreciated. We have very detailed logs but only for several days.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 03:29 pm
Welcome Back on FB. I can get everything to my units except aircraft fuel.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 03:40 pm
I cannot change any levels in the remote depot I set up. Every time I try updating it, it just gives me a error saying I need 401 or more weapons. Doesn't matter what kind of configuration I try I just keep getting the error.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 03:50 pm
Are c3 wars supposed to start immediately? One war I declared took a day to start, another started immediately while yet another one I declared last night still hasn't started.
Saturday, October 28, 2017 - 07:45 pm
I cant attack with my country o_o dk if its just me or wat. What happens when you cant attack? says you cant? for me non on my attacks conduct. what world?
Sunday, October 29, 2017 - 02:46 am
My units are supplied
Still can't launch attacks on c3
Sunday, October 29, 2017 - 02:12 am
Sunday, October 29, 2017 - 05:36 am
Nothing happens at all. Now if I do a recon flight and check defenses of a target then click the attack button from that pop-up, I do get a message saying that you cannot attack until X date when war starts. I thought c3 wars started immediately. Am I missing something here? Was this a recently added change?
Sunday, October 29, 2017 - 10:36 pm
nothing works for me at all
Monday, October 30, 2017 - 03:23 am
the whole war game is broken.
Monday, October 30, 2017 - 11:14 am
I would have to agree.. This is very very frustrating. Who knows how much cash I have burnt through to supply units I am not even able to use to fight..
Monday, October 30, 2017 - 11:25 am
My supply units are functioning normally now and my air wings are being replenished. I still cannot launch attacks on c3s however.
Monday, October 30, 2017 - 12:17 pm
Well I am able to finally launch attacks. All of the attacks I've been trying to do all morning just went through all at once.
Friday, November 3, 2017 - 11:23 pm
I have asked several days ago in this discussion, for the name of the country where supply units did not work
we have tested supply units in the last several days and had no problem.
We had some locking problems when multiple wars took place.
The problem was old but we received more messages showing attack times the could run to 20 or 40 seconds. This was due to multiple attacks at the same moment.
we have done some work on this in the past days and in several instances had severe errors.
During war, at random, the login screen was showing in the attack window.
Also in some cases, attacks just stalled.
The reason for these problems is found.
We think that the problem is now resolved.
After many tests and other wars taking place there are no problems.
The military units issue is not part of this.
If anyone has a case with military units not moving/delivering please let us know where.
The Simcountry servers and operating environment/database tools were upgraded recently.
We hope that this was the last problem related to the software upgrade.
Friday, November 3, 2017 - 11:46 pm
I posted on October 28th I posted that my country name was Welcome Back on FB. I also sent you a private message. I did tell you that the problems had been resolved though so thank you. I still have 2 air wings that I cannot get supplied to a sufficient level to move or airlift. I've tried supply droppings also and they still cannot get to a sufficient level.
Friday, November 3, 2017 - 11:48 pm
The Grand State of Minosa is where the remote depot and air wings are located.
Saturday, November 4, 2017 - 03:28 pm
I saw the "welcome Back on FB"
I failed to recognize it as the name of the country. sorry about it.
we will check the Grand state of Minosa on Monday morning.
Monday, November 13, 2017 - 08:11 pm
My supply units are still having issues I sent you a private message Andy please help!!
