1M population missing

Just brought 3 loads of 1m populations and I have only received 2m. Can you please help

check your GC history, just because you bid on them doesn't mean you got them.

Sometimes someone comes in with a higher bid if they are desperate for population.

Just check it defo took payment for 3m population. I paid 2x 6 gold coins and 1x 7 gold coins

Well then you need to send an email to the gamemaster. Posting on the forum is totally hit or miss and they'll need as much information as you can give them.

I had a look in the logs and it does seem like 1 of your pop purchases failed. I'm fixing the missing pop for you and have asked an engineer to look into the cause and to fix it.
