How long are players effected once they place #1, #2, etc.
I for as long as I can remember have had my CEO on LU(Melcorean Producers Inc) at the bottom of the score board unable to gain a spot again. The game says after 5 months I'm eligible again but last time I placed was (according to the hall of fame) Dec 23 2010.
Also my Main nation of Melichor on LU sees a -1550 loss and a large loss in War level points despite being level 11. In fact when looking at other nations even ones in secure mode with only only 0-2 war level received high points then I did.
I'm just wondering if this is a glitch in the game or if the GM and explain better how these features assess the game score.
