Enterprise expired but I had paid gold coins to keep it running until October 17

When I created my Enterprise, Heirloom Industries, I extended it's expiration date until October 17 using gold coins. Today, I logged in to find that my Enterprise has expired. When I attempt to extend it, I receive an Error16 when I try to open the combo box to select a new date. I am locked out of my Enterprise with no way of extending it. I have a premium account with a country in the same world. If I make my Enterprise the default entity associated with my account, my country would then expire, possibly with no way to renew. Please help!

Enterprise successfully renewed. I've fixed the issue.
