Score penalties for accepting awards

If you accept an award for being rated #1 CEO, should your country be hit with a score penalty as well as the enterprise?

I rejected an award for my country so I could aim higher next month and still been hit with a big penalty.

Should have taken the award!! but its understood you though there was only pentatly regarding to each type, but it applies as a collective whole to ALL countries and enterprises, all worlds.
