Corporations Not Following Trade Strategies

Every few game months I check my countries corporation trade strategies. They keep going to default. I have to keep setting the strategies and the corporations keep going back to default trade settings.( Selling start @quality Buying at 108 +8 ) These aren't my own default settings for new corporations either.

Same with supply quality. I keep setting it to my setting and they keep going back to default.( 180 )

My economy is being negatively effected by this. I will not be able to perform public offerings in the future with these corporations and my country is suffering due to this. Please help me understand why this is happening or is it something to fix? All assists and automation is off besides buying stock for the country. Event Horizon
