Getting to level 5

Under the indexes showing how to reach level 5 it says Enterprises 0 Enterprise corporations 50 you have zero but yet I have an Enterprise and I have corporations in the Enterprise so why is it not showing on the index so I can get the level 5

You need 2 countries, 1 enterprises and 50 corporations in that enterprise.
