Cannot move Military Units

So I am having issues in Fearless Blue moving Military Units in both of my countries (Anthem & Accordia). Whenever I try to "Move" them to another location through the "Move" option, the Map comes up and then the error Message "Sorry, the xxxx Unit cannot move across the Ocean".

I am not trying to move it across an ocean- just to an adjacent town or my country next door. Can this be fixed, please?

@Robert. I moved several units in both countries, no problem. I used the "Move" button from the "Land forces" list as well as clicking a unit on the big map, both work fine.

When to you get this message?
1. When you click the button in the list?
2. When you click on a unit on the big map?
3. When you click in the map to set the destination? If so, where exactly do you click?

Hi- so I saw the Units actually in different locations. Interesting. I was using the "Move" feature to exercise lining up my Units directly on the border.

1. I get the message regardless of how I attempt to move any (Land) Unit.
If use the "Move" button, the Longitude/Latitude Button or the Pop up
Screen when I direct Click any unit. I even created new Units to test
and I have the same issue with them. If you post an email address or
how I can get you a picture, I will send you a Screen Shot.

2. Big Map or small Pop up, I get the same Message.

3. Destination- I typically click right on the Map that is provided. I have
tried both along the borders as well as in the middle of my Main
Country (Accordia) and it makes no difference. I will say I see a
long Arrow pop up- large and from right to left- just prior to the
message. I have no idea if this is related to it.

I am using Internet Explorer- does that matter?

I can also email you my log-on info if you would like to simulate from my screens as I see them.
