Missing Enterprises

Are enterprises disappearing?

GM, I sent you an e-mail about this.

Did anyone else notice they cannot log into some of their entities?

Yes I did as well on KB. I have responded to other posts regarding this too.

Everything was fixed on Sunday.
KB was indeed in disarray but all is OK now and nothing was lost in the process.

I am sorry for the disruption and the panic.

There are excellent logs here and backups in various locations, also outside the servers site.

We have now added even more logging and increased frequencies of all kinds of checks and alarms.

new problem has occurred on golden rainbow. the game states that I already own 2 enterprises but on my account their is none registered and it also states I can only own one country and two enterprises but yet I cant seem to make a enterprise on golden rainbow and I'm a paying member.

We will immediately look into it.

There is another strange enterprise case.
we found an error in yesterday's update and are fixing now.
