Ingame message system Error

When I try to send a message in game. After I press send I get a white page with the following message

Pronto Engine error

nova: Execution of server function failed
Component: wwwCountry
Method: userchat
Exception: Data conversion error
Method completed: NO


Up until today I have been able to use the message system without problem. This is a new error for me and I don't know why it is happening. I tried rebooting my computer, however that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue. Also, I'm playing game on a desktop browser using Google Chrome, encase that makes any difference to the troubleshooting process.

Also I recently changed my public name, as I was unhappy with the one I had chosen before. Is it possible that is causing the issue?

Following up on my post, the problem with the messaging system seems to have resolved itself, I'm able to send messages again, and no longer need assistance.

I have not seen any error report from the system.
Luckily it is OK now.
