I've turned off all automation and I reset education priorities every day but the system keeps destroying the country health system by stupid changes to said education priorities. What can I do?

Baby sit it on a daily basis. Sometimes this becomes a daily chore for me...

It's weird how much experiences are different, from player to player.

Before turning off automation settings, the game adjusted Education priorities for me, every game month.

After turning off ALL relevant automation. The game has not changed my education settings once, ever, period. From everything I've experienced, the automation settings work perfectly, only changing things when you tell them to.

But then, there are other players that report having the exact opposite experience. It's... odd o.0

When I took over a C3 and got rid of the shortages, I turned off the automation and set the Ed priorities where I wanted. Everything was OK.

The next day I sold several million electric to raise cash and the county went nuts. All Ed priorities were changed, and if I remember correctly the auto's were ticked. I could set them back where I wanted the next game month.
