I am not being able to dismiss garrison units

Hi,


Country Tocantins in WG has a number of garrison units that I am just unable to disband. I've already tried to remove, reduce, change... they are all out of ammo / gas / supplies but even creating several supply units, the garrison units just don't get replenished.

Could you please help? It would be great if you could just dismiss every garrison...
