Unable to update name in Public Profile

For the last few days I have been unable to alter the first and last name sections of my Public Profile. When I first filled it out, I made a typo and would like to fix it, but every time I try, nothing changes. I have tried while on different wifi connections, and have been able to change other fields of the Public Profile, just not the first, last or nickname fields.

So I had to install the Android app and change my Public Profile through there to get any change to stick. That is very un-user-friendly. At least I managed to fix the typo in my First Name field.
