Have plenty of gasoline, and everything needed for supply units to resupply army units and garrison units.some units are not being supplied.im talking several real time days????
Are you at peace or at war? A lot of the supply system is deactivated during peacetime, to avoid a lot of load being placed on the servers. Unfortunately, this results in some bugs where units sometimes do not get resupplied while you are at peace.
