In the last month the cash went upto 6 billion then in this month it dropped to below 5 billion what the hell is going on and why isnt it stable?

Earthquakes do that....check your hospitals and other infrastructure to see what you need to rebuild. Once you get those things back on track your country should slowly recover, and your profits will rebound too.

Look at the cash & debt page for corps. You have a lot of corps that are losing over a B$ a month. If you wish to keep them lower the hiring to 10% until they become profitable or close them.
