Where are the Civilian Helicopters?
There are Civilian Airports and Civilian Airplanes, both of which have their owncorporations. There are also CivilianCargo Planes used for sending Relief Resources--they also have their owncorporation.
But, there are no Civilian Helicopters.
When our country The Independent State of Helena had a Large Earthwuake...there were NO HELICOPTERS AVAILABLE FOR RELIEF RESOURCES. Our country has a Civilian Airport, but stillcannot get any Helicopters. |

The helicopters you need for disaster relief are defensive military helicopters, not civilian. |

There are NO MILITARY BASES NOR MILITARY AIRPORTS IN OUR COUNTRY AND THERE SHOULD NEVER BE. THIS IS BROKEN AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. HELLO.
