Corps not selling following the strategies

So this corp is set to sell at +30 over quality,
Start at 353% of the market price
market price is The latest Market Price: 55,272 SC$ per unit

shortage is astronomical

this is what it actually sells

Base price 52,352 SC$ ?!?!?! this is problem 1.

The product is sold instantly. However, 353% with

base price 52352 = 184802
base price 55272 = 195110

at both base prices (who knows which one is correct ?!) its way below received price : 158,103

as a result this corps, where supply is 15 and demand 240 (millions), at quality upgrade 200 , make losses!

there is someting hugely wrong here.

the only explanation is that they didnt sold at 353%, as instructed

another exaplanation could be that this is a country only product

and countries can go miraculously -1 trillion in stock while not buying anything on the market because apparently +30 points over quality is to much ?

so what exactly trail quality setting is ? it seems it does not work

so i checked some other corps, with different products

product quality is 289

settings is sell at 329%

so basically selling over quality does not work, at all, overall.

so to resume

Problem 1: Sell Strategies trailing quality by +X are not executed.
Problem 2: Countries go -millions stock on Assets Maint, Off weapons maint, etc and dont buy anything over quality price
Problem 3: country buy orders dont get filled for game years

I have noticed the same issues and only use best price. Some products sell for less with trade strategies than they would at best price as you have discovered also.

i understand that there must be some mechanism against cheating, for blocking money transfers via inflated sell prices

but that can be easily countered by executing hugely inflated price buy orders against the lowest sell offers, not the matching ones

The price you ask for, quality+X is obviously what you want.
the buyer may want something else and there is no trade.

The trading system does not force anyone to buy for a price they do not want.
so quality + X is frequently too high and it does not sell.

Countries use weapon maintenance products to maintain the army.
They purchase these with your purchasing strategy and may, or may not get the products.

There are severe shortages on the market.

Transactions going for market price are the easiest to predict.
The numbers shown for supply and demand are only quantities offered or requested at market price.
Others offers and requests are not added to these numbers or otherwise it will be very easy to manipulate.

Buy orders at a very low price can sit there for ever.
shortages cause other orders to be delayed too.

If there is no product offered, there is no product purchased.

but the products sell instantly ! however they sell instantly at quality price not at the strategy price!
