Direct trading problem

After extending the enterprise that had expired, I am still receiving the below message when I attempt to go to direct trading for population increase:

One or more Countries or Enterprises are expired.
Direct Trading is not available when you have expired countries or enterprises.

Please extend or remove expired countries and enterprises.

Log out and log back in. That always fixes it for me.

please provide your world and country name and I will look into it.
