New mining corps

In the past, when a new corp was built it started with an upgrade level of 120.
Mining corps are now starting with 0 upgrade bonus.

Is this intentional or just missed with the resource changes?

They only start at 120 for the first game month. Then the second game month they drop back down to 100. Watch it closely and you will see. I don't use any upgrade super boosters on the first month because if I recall correctly, you lose 20 points after it drops down.

Nothing is changes in the quality or upgrade levels of corporations.
not the mining corporations and not the other corporations.
