I have ordered even more boosters but countries are still building only 1 corporation a month..
I have more than enough production plants |

Very strange. Do you have ceos requesting to build there also? Perhaps if the CEO is not using a booster it ties up the entire months new Corp production for the country. I have not confirmed this at all, just speculating. |
