This error should not occur - app iOS 13

Hello,
I got a problem with the app on my phone.
When I log in and try to connect to my country, it say this error should not occur, contact a game administrator.
I ve tried to re-download the app and nothing change.
The game on webpage work well, but not the app.

Do you have an idea how to resolve it ?

We were exchanging messages with apple, support is slow and sometimes non existent.

we think we know what the problem is and I hope it will be resolved in the coming week.
