Automatic building of corporations despite the automation being disabled

I have disabled the automation options to automatically build corporations.
But still new corporations are popping up every day automatically.

I would be very kind If somebody looks into this matter.

I've seen this before in countries with really low employment. It could be some sort of failsafe to stop countries tanking but I'm not sure. If you've got economic support button ticked in automation try unticking, see if that stops them building?

I am disabled automation buy ammo/weapon but game always buying and I lost 400-500B per real day can you look andy?

One thing I noticed is turning off automation doesn't actually turn it off immediately, there is a delay.

Countries in a very bad condition, close to bankruptcy, are always supported.

except for that, if you turn automation off, it should be off.

Ammunition could be an exception.
if you have weapons, they use ammo and you must have ammunition or numbers will go negative, it will lower your supply index and the entire economy will decline due to a law supply index.

not purchasing products and allowing shortages is very destructive.
It can destroy the economy.

a low supply index will reduce the welfare index, then the production levels and cause heavy financial damage.

The change takes place after the next month processing.

this is once in 4 hours so it takes an average of 2 hours to activate.
