Health Hospitals

My country Freedom on FB is not processing nurses the proper way the amt of nurses reserved for new hospitals does not change. So im not allowed to build new ones. Change this be looked into.

You have probably cancelled some hospitals and the reserved numbers did not reset.
I will fix it now.
