Strategic Carrier Group disappeared

any Strategic Carrier Group I create disappear after a couple hrs
I don't know why

I had 4 groups disappear will all the weapons and equipment

The units were dismantled due to severe shortages of ammunition.
the weapons did not disappear, they have been returned to their bases in the country.

The country newspaper shows a message if such event takes place.

Please make sure your army is fully supplied.
