Message not sending, getting odd error messaage

Hi Andy-

I'm trying to send a message. I've tried both in my country message reply, and in the sidebar message tab. In both instances it kicks me out of the game to a login portal and/or gives me this message: Not Found
The requested URL /pronto500.html was not found on this server.

Not sure what is happening here.

also, there is the possibility that the auto logout procedure already logged you out due to no action for many minutes and when you typed the message, it brought you back to the login page.

Maybe your message was too long. There are limits.

Try sending a shorter message first. Additionally, if you are REPLYING to someone, all the text they sent you initially counts toward your character limit. Delete it.
