Defense costs calculated incorrectly

My country is "Northcentral Bananas" @ WG and I have these defense costs numbers:


General Defense Statistics


Defensive Force 32,817.98M SC$
Offensive Force 12,536.86M SC$
Strategic Force 514.66M SC$

Total Defense Force 20,182.58M SC$

The sum of the first 3 is not 20.18B but my General Defense Statistics page says it is. Also on the country financials page the 20.18B is also displayed instead of the real sum of those 3 items.

I just saw this but the graphs seem to be corresponding with the 4 items individually. My other countries seems to be calculated correctly.

Hard to imagine after all these years and we did not change the calculation.

I will have it checked quickly and make sure the total is the sum of the three.

I have the discount at Celestial @ FB as well..

The problem was resolved some time ago.
I forgot to mention it.

It influenced only countries of relatively new players in an old effort to reduce their total cost.
It was then deactivated when we introduced other measures to support new players and this was a leftover.
We have removed it.

There is a chance that there is a remaining problem, unrelated to what we fixed.
