I have 12 boosters active to build 3 corporations per month and my enterprise has all 10 new corporation slots filled, but it's still only building 1 new corporation per month. I also have 40 production plants, so it's not a matter of those being unavailable. |

Thank you for responding. I went back and looked at what countries I was building corporations in. I realized I had been building in player controlled countries (hadn't paid close attention before). I have switched to npc controlled countries and am back to building 3 corporations per month. |
