Limit public corporations intentional?

Hi Andy, Posted on Discord too but not sure you saw due high activity recently over there.

I tried to IPO like 400+ corporations at once with the IPO tab with my country but got this msg:

You already have 0 public corporations in your country. You cannot perform additional IPO's.

Im not sure if this is intentional or a hidden limit in the code that surfaces due the increased size of countries.
Seems like I can not have more than several hundred country public controlled corporations currently.

I don't know about country run publics. There is a limit on country investment funds of 350 and 501 for CEO's.
