Not building

I can not build anything(like school or hospital). Nothing was deliver on the estimated delivered date. The time moves on though…

Hospitals, schools, etc. are all ordered in a queue. It sounds like your planet has a deficit of infrastructure buildings. They'll arrive once you reach the time of the order queue. Look at the trade buy|sell page and check hospitals. Divide the Shortage/Oversupply line by the Total Supply line. That's roughly how many months you'll have to wait.

There are indeed shortages.
You can replace such orders by immediate orders.
you pay more but you get your products immediately.

Any update on this?

we think that the shortages are now smaller and more orders are delivered without the need for immediate orders.
