Hospitals, schools, etc. are all ordered in a queue. It sounds like your planet has a deficit of infrastructure buildings. They'll arrive once you reach the time of the order queue. Look at the trade buy|sell page and check hospitals. Divide the Shortage/Oversupply line by the Total Supply line. That's roughly how many months you'll have to wait. |

There are indeed shortages.
You can replace such orders by immediate orders.
you pay more but you get your products immediately. |

we think that the shortages are now smaller and more orders are delivered without the need for immediate orders. |
