To increase the quality of an unit, you need an upgrade for each weapon and ammo unit. You have 2,236,142 Weapon Upgrades and 2,365,126 Ammunition Upgrades.
Whether I do a bulk update or I use the upgrade now checkbox for one single unit + "Upgrade Military Units" , the unit is never upgraded !
And sometimes I even received a tooltip message saying how many weapon and ammunition upgrades I used. Yet, that unit fighting level remains the same always. Even after 24-48 hours. |

Solved.
Documentation states it change 1 point per game month. |

@Andy am I wrong here? One unit per weapon AND ammo to upgrade? With the upgrades Weapon upgrades at ~1/2M and weapons at ~175K isn't it a little cost prohibited?
Isn't it much cheaper to sell lower quality weapons and ammo then repurchase them with better quality? Seems like it should be better the reverse.
Do I have it wrong here? |
