Gold Coin Purchases

I have been trying to purchase gold coins for about two weeks now. Next week my enterprise will expire, without gold coins to extend membership penalties will start to occur. I would like to make sure this can be avoided.
The message received indicates that my bank will not allow the transaction to go through. In speaking with my bank they assure me that (THEY)are not stopping the transaction for some reason (YOU) are not allowing it to be processed.
Can you address this issue? The ability to purchase coins is vital to the stability and growth of my empire.

we are not processing the transactions, our provider does.
we are not involved and we do not have any info on the cards used, no numbers, no names and no information at all.

I the past we had a period with some complaints.

you can try to use paypal.
you do not need a paypal account.
they let you pay with you card.

Please try and let us know.

I just tried and was NOT able to use my VISA card.

I was however able to use the same VISA card when I used the PAYPAL entry on the payments page.

it asked me if I want to pay a a guest, asked for the VISA card details and the payment came through.

I will check with our provider ASAP and find out what the problem is.

In the mean time, please use the PAYPAL entry.

In the mean time we did find some hints as to the reason for the problem.

it has to do with new rules on the security of transactions.

we try to find out if this is on our side or the payments provider.
also trying to find out if there was a warning about it from our payments provider.

in the mean time, I am happy the workaround works.

The problem is now resolved.

It was out of our reach and was fixed by the payment provider.

VISA cards can be used again.
you can use the credit card entry or use PAYPAL even when you do not have a PAYPAL account.

I bought 90 gold coins but something seem to have went wrong
It charged from my account the 12 usd but i didnt seem to go through, i got no confirmation email nor did i receive the gold coins however the payment already went through and i already got charged???

Can you show us your Gold Coin log?

From the Main Page, on the left Menu, you can see the Gold Coin entry. Just copy and paste it here, if you don't mind.

I checked your account gold coins log. 90 gold coins were added on July 21.
There was probably a short delay before the transaction was completed.

I can see that the coins arrived and then you have used some.
