I'm unable to build more hospitals. I have sufficient workers and funds, but the game refuses to build them after varios ingame months.

do you get a message?
when you go to build hospitals tab, does it show how many you can build?
or did you order them and they are not showing up?
do you have orders outstanding?

also, we cannot help at all if we do not know where it is. world name, country name could help.
