It’s been a month now and still no response or resolution to my complaint
I’ve forwarded the entire complaint to you as you requested since 22nd

It has now been 3 months since this issue and still no response or resolution and i have sent tons of emails throughout this time

As I said long time ago, we havebeen looking for any hint of dosappearing units in our logs and never found any sign of it.

it is very unfortunate but we really need some real evidence that units disappear.
