It's been +3 real days already with no new corps built despite:

- Having New Corporations under Construction
- Country has 165 Production Plants in stock
- Country has positive cash
- Country has Boost Corporation Constructions (although this one is not needed)

I have noticed the same problem with my empire, but it has been over 5 days. With multiple countries. Yes I did have all the required production plants and materials. I had to cancel all of them. Including corps CEO were trying to build.

Same here but I did not have enough production plants.

I will look into it today and find out if there is another reason.
