Hi,

Why production is limited to 132%? I have corporation with 1500% salary which leads to 140 welfare, but production is only 132%, also hiring is automatically decreased to 95%. I tried changing to 100% but production still remained at 132%. It should not be like that.

There is no limitation to 132% and no hiring decrease in any of our formulas.

The computation is complex at these high levels and it does level off, meaning that the computation is not linear and should not be linear.

The same goes for many other parameters.

Experimenting with extreme salaries, you have probably realized that alaries at 1500% increase the cost beyond the increase in turnover.

I will however look into the computation again because testing it to these levels was not done very frequently by players. we did not test it to these levels.

My thinking is that welfare level of corporation should be equal as production level. I also had salaries at 3000 but it was not showing better results than 1500.

Hiring is influenced as I said when it is set to automatic.

Better productivity caused by salary/welfare might lead to different ways to develop corporations. Corporations are different in amount of salary/supplies used so high salaries could be useful in corporation that use high amount of supplies as productivity bonus might outweight the salary cost.

High salary could also help county investments/return from it, so in general it was/still is worth testing.

Higher production levels are the resul of higher welfare index.
not the other way around.

The welfare index depends on several other indexes, including health, education, SUPPLY, and more.

the supply index is becoming more meaningful.
low supplies cause hunger and dispair.

it will strongly influence the welfare of the population.

Salaries are important but the increased influence is less than linear.
salaries can be increased very high easily and can become the decisive factor.
we do not think that salaries should become the main factor.

I agree, maybe supply quality influence to productivity could be evaluated. Here I speak about corporation welfare index not country as they are different.

The corporate welfare index depends on salaries but also on the country welfare index.
If there is no transportation, people will not be happy, including at work.
etc.
