Membership Renewal Glitch/Problem

This problem is affecting my account overall, but the two country's affected (on my account) are
1) The Lothbrok Republic, Kebir Blue
2) The Republic of Svealand, Kebir Blue

My account, upon login, notifies that both of countries cannot be accessed unless I extend my membership. When I click the extension/link to extend my account, the 'Account' page notifies me that my account is renewed and active until April of 2024. This same problem occurs every time I log in.

Can this problem be fixed?

Do you also have an enterprise or play on multiple planets?

Your overall account may be renewed until April 2024, but you need to pay monthly gold coin fees to keep each of your empires and enterprises active beyond whatever your main entity is. This could be causing the issue with your countries.

You may've already done this, but when you go to the account page, try clicking on 'membership details.' It will show when each of your different entities expires (this is different than your account as a whole).

I only have the two aforementioned countries on a single planet, Kebir Blue.
