StreetMap of the Capital not loading

I've clicked on several countries, and on the "New City Map!", and in all cases the map was not being shown or generated. I doubt it is a browser issue, but that the feature itself is completely broken.

This might be one of the features that could be removed from the game without any impact, or even notice.
