Confirming email

I have sent myself multiple times emails to confirm my email but have not received any. I am receiving news on my email account but would like some help in fixing this

You send the mail to confirm your email after registration?
you should then get additional gold coins and it does not work?

I have also not received the confirmation e-mail that the page tells me to do to get the extra GC. I've clicked the "send again" but I do not get any e-mail. It's not in the Spam folder either.
