Every time I try to move my naval base in 'The Kingdom of Bingus' it comes up with a warning that I cannot use the map to move fleets. I can move other military bases no problem, but not the naval base.

The main issue is that when I built my Naval base the game put it in/next to a C3 country (The United Kingdom of Calendra), not a pressing concern yet but if a new player takes that C3 they might get a bit concerned over the base/Strategic carrier group located in/next to their borders.

Any help would be great thank you!

It�s not worth worrying about. Plus the GM won�t fix it.

I wish the Game Master would fix this issue. It's annoying not being able to move Naval Base. Mine will always spawn in the middle of the water away from my territory lol
