Images not uploading

Usually the game does it without issue however, if you upload a new president or flag and there are no "errors" shown, a hard refresh generally does the trick.

Hold down the shift key while hitting the refresh icon.

If you go to your browser history and delete cached images and files ( for google chrome at least, but should work with any browser ) it will reset all images to the current uploaded images on the entire game. Including all other countries/enterprises that may have uploaded a different file since the last time you visited their page.
