Unable to set up navy at navy base. Will not show navy base on set up. Urgent please advise

I have everything I need, everything, but am unable to move targeting to navy base and pick one of the eight bases I have. This happens once before and not sure how it was fixed. It has happened again please help I am in a war and I need a navy.

My navy works just fine! But don't worry Rob you don't need a navy, your daddy Edo will take care of things for your bubby. <3

Its on the record that I said that at the time.

Ya know you only need the navy, because you can't figure out how nuke defense works.

But now that we know where it's coming from, expect it on the ocean floor when it shows up.

Rob Eight bases, no navy set impressive level of confusion. Chill, we will handle the navy and end the fight. Try not to get in the way.. it's not rocket Science!

Wow I really do appreciate you over whelming concern. It is heart felt. This is a problem I have with just one country. The rest are fine.

might need more info.

If you can provide more info on where exactly it is?
what you have done and
what went wrong.

it might help our engineer find where and what it is.

Andy it seems to only be affecting countries that are land locked, For some reason if you cannot see the navy base from the country it will not allow you to set up. Similar to a problem you might have trying to set up a unit and a supply unit is sitting on the base.
