Game Level 7 on FB

For "include defense" on FB to reach GL 7 it says average defense index required is 920. On KB it says 90. The game docs say level 6 requires 730 and level 7 requires 920. There is definitely a discrepancy with this. The FB requirement for level 6 must be the same as KB, but then for GL 7 it jumps to 920.

I think the requirements were changed, vaguely recall this, and the programmer forgot to change that on FB.

Apparently, this is occurs when you don't meet the war level requirement.
