Military bases dessapear

For at least 3 times, I bought deff military bases, offensive and strategic ones, they all dessapear as soon as the month passes, the problem is that I cannot buy more weapons, because it says you don`t have any military bases, then I buy them "inmediately", and I can buy more weapons which do nor dessapear, but at the next month I get again same message, You don`t have any military bases

It seems that the fourth time I bought them, persisted, no explanation why

check map control they are hiding. Also it could be market conditions. Shortage means out of stock companies don't produce. Military base maint consume it. As a company unreliable don't produce
