Hi Andy,
The spending limit doesn't reset when placing orders for infrastructure, then canceling the order. It should refund your available spending space for the month when you do this, but it does not. This results in your spending space being permanently used without buying anything.
Additionally, I tested this with the 2GC spending space booster, and yes, it does indeed irreversibly wipe out your spending space when you cancel the order. This is causing people to lose GC!
Between this and some of the other major bugs, I think the community would really appreciate if your put new features on hold and get these fixed.
If you can't dedicate the time to the game anymore, then please strongly consider involving one or two of the longtime and passionate members of the community, at least in a documentation and support role. The bug reports section here has half a dozen unaddressed major impact bugs right now.
