BLACK OUT PERIODS? THIS IS UNFAIR GAME MECHANIC!

Why can my enemy attack & invade me, but I cannot attack in defense due to amsterdam black out period??What even is this???

It is continued blocking attacks even after the 4 hr blackout this is being exploited to cause unfair Gameplay

Nobody can attack during blackouts, but it can be confusing as to who is attacking, when multiple attackers are attacking.
